<p>An apparatus (10) for fusing and cutting a blood-vessel according to the present invention comprises: a first branch (19) having a first electrode (33); and a second branch (20) which heads for the first electrode (33) and which is supported to be movable far away from it, wherein the second branch (20) has a slit (31) in a longitudinal direction. A knife (21) is arranged within the slit so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction with respect to a shaft (11). The knife (21) is a function of movement in a longitudinal direction of the knife, and is coupled withe a vertical adjustment mechanism (54) which adjusts the knife (21) vertical to the longitudinal direction. As a result, avoided is early slowing of end (28b) or sliding edges (28a) of the kinfe (21) caused by contact with a ceramic base body (23) or edges or a stepped unit (55).</p> |
