A manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane module is provided to solve a problem that backwashing efficiency is deteriorated when discharging contaminants separated from surfaces of membranes in the backwashing process by inserting a plurality of pins between membranes of a hollow fiber membrane bundle when manufacturing a large hollow fiber membrane module, thereby uniformly distributing hollow fiber membranes in the cross section of the module. A manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane module comprises: a first step of inserting hollow fiber membrane-distributing pins(12) between hollow fiber membranes(11) of a hollow fiber membrane bundle to enlarge the hollow fiber membrane bundle; a second step of making a hollow fiber membrane bundle with a predetermined shape through a first adhesion in the first step; a third step of collecting a plurality of hollow fiber membrane bundles that has completed the first adhesion in the second step into a module housing(10); a fourth step of fixing the form of the plurality of hollow fiber membrane bundles through a second adhesion in the third step; and a fifth step of completing a large module having a predetermined size by adhering the hollow fiber membranes and the module housing with an adhesive in the fourth step. Further, the hollow fiber membrane-distributing pins and the adhesive are made of urethan. |
