Provided is a stereo earphone provided with a pair of earphones each comprising a cartilage conduction part, a sheath part connected to the cartilage conduction part, and a piezoelectric bimorph that is a vibration source covered with the sheath part and connected to the cartilage conduction part without being in contact with the inner wall of the sheath part. The cartilage conduction part is an elastic body. The cartilage conduction part is in contact with an entrance to an external auditory canal, and has a through-hole leading to the external auditory canal. The vibration source is supported by a thick part on the tragus side around the through-hole. According to more specific characteristics, the thick part is provided. The outer shape of the sheath part has a smaller thickness in the direction of an earhole than a thickness in the direction orthogonal thereto. A guide part for guiding the sheath part to an intertragic notch is provided. Also provided is a stereo earphone provided with a pair of earphones each comprising a cartilage conduction part, and an adhesive sheet provided in a contact part between the cartilage conduction part and an ear cartilage. The adhesive sheet is provided in a portion in which the cartilage conduction part is in contact with a cavum conchae or a portion in which the cartilage conduction part is in contact with the outside of an auricle. |
