The device has two successive containers with generated volumes, where revolution or non revolution of geometrical curves deduced from a Poncelet theorem is a spiral arc e.g. Bernoulli lemniscate arc or Nephroide arc. Volume acts as an fluid optics reflector (1) to collect the light from a field (4) of source and concentrate totality of the light for creating a stream, which penetrates in direction and in incidence in an unspecified manner by input face of optics or fluid cell (2) traversed by optical fluid, where the stream comes from perfectly organized and solidified ply.
