The parasol has a locking unit for locking foldable arms (2) with respect to legs (1) in an open position. A fabric is removably fixed on the arms. The locking unit comprises a leaf spring (5) and an axle (6), which is riveted on each arm. The fabric is rolled up to arrange the parasol in a casing or a bag with or without a shoulder belt. The legs are rigid and formed with an adherent surface for ground. The legs exhibit an L-shaped, polygonal or circular cross-section. The fabric is tightened by two flexible or non-flexible bars.
