<p>Methods, apparatuses and storage medium associated with facilitating human-computer interaction are disclosed herein. In various embodiments, a peripheral device may include a device body having a cavity configured to receive one or more hands of a user of a computing device, and a plurality of sensors disposed inside the cavity to collect position, posture or movement data of the hand(s) as the user uses the hand(s) to interact with the computing device. The peripheral device may further include a display screen disposed on an external surface of the body and/or a variable texture surface disposed inside the cavity to provide corresponding visual and/or tactile feedback to the user, based at least in part on the position, posture or movement data of the hand(s).
