The present invention provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The data transmission method comprises: determining whether detected first action information of a terminal device is consistent with preset action information for calling a wireless transmission function; when it is determined that the first action information is consistent with the preset action information for calling a wireless transmission function, calling the wireless transmission function so as to search peer device identification information; obtaining target peer device identification information from the peer device identification information; and transmitting first data to a target peer device corresponding to the target peer device identification information. Convenience and transmission efficiency of wireless data transmission between a terminal device and a peer device are effectively improved. |
