<p>The invention concerns prefabricated stackable blocks for building residential walls, ventilated by internal channels, consisting of lightweight "BIL" materials to give them thermal, sound-proof, earthquake-proof and acoustic properties. The ventilation takes place at the top of the wall, directed into or out of the residence by means of a turbine (10) linked to a probe that determines the temperature of the air in the channel in the wall and to a thermostat positioned inside the residence. A block consists of abutment members (1) and/or engagement members (2) to allow blocks or half-blocks which will form each row in the wall of the residence to be placed side by side in series, small sealed air gaps (3) which are closed in order to increase thermal insulation, and an air channel (4) at the centre of the block. The invention is particularly intended for construction companies or individuals who wish to build or modify their place of residence.</p> |
