<p>The present invention relates to a composition containing an immature fructus extract of Rubus coreanus Miquel as an active ingredient for improving blood circulation. More particularly, the immature fructus extract of Rubus coreanus Miquel of the present invention inhibits thrombin activity associated with fibrin formation, exhibits the effect of inhibiting blood clotting which extends prothrombin time, shows an excellent ability of inhibiting platelet activation, and inhibits thrombosis. Also, the present invention suppresses the expression of a genetic factor and an enzyme related to lipid metabolism, decreases body weight, lipids in the body, triglycerides (TG), cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol, and increases HDL cholesterol. Thus, the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition and a health food composition for preventing and treating thrombus diseases and metabolic diseases by improving blood circulation.</p> |
