<p>Provided is a liquid chromatographic device that, while removing air bubbles contained in a mobile phase, prevents a mobile phase solvent from permeating a wall face of a degassing tube. A liquid chromatographic device (1) that removes air contained in the mobile phase flowing through the degassing tube (11) and that comprises a degassing device (10) having: a degassing chamber (12) in the interior of which a degassing tube (11) is disposed; a pressure sensor (18) to detect the pressure inside the degassing chamber (12); a vacuum pump (16) to evacuate the interior of the degassing chamber (12); and a vacuum pump controller (19) to control, based on the pressure detected by the pressure sensor (18), the vacuum pump (16) so that the interior of the degassing chamber (12) is at a set pressure. The device is provided with a changing means (21) for changing the set pressure.</p> |
