The present invention relates to a retaining wall vegetation block using a red clay composition and, more specifically, to a retaining wall vegetation block using a red clay composition which is environment-friendly, durable and vegetational by using environmentally sound red clay. The retaining wall vegetation block using a red clay composition according to the present invention comprises: a main body formed by molding the red clay composition; a vegetation unit providing a space in which vegetation is planted; a vertical connection unit connecting the main body to vegetation blocks vertically contiguous with the main body; and a lateral connection unit connecting the main body to vegetation blocks laterally contiguous with the main body. The lateral connection unit has convex parts corresponding to concavo parts of one side and the other side of the main body for being connected to the concavo parts.
