A recess (12) is opened towards an edge (9) of a metallic engagement region (8), where the recess is filled by a main block (13) of plastic material. Two appendices blocks (15) are protruded from side edges of the main block so as to form two appendices shoes (16) for preventing contact between a workpiece and a metal rod when the piece is engaged in a notch and actuated by rotational movement, where dimension of each appendices block is lower or equal to the dimension of the main block.
