A negative electrode slurry composition containing a binder resin, a water-soluble polymer, and a negative electrode active material; the binder resin containing (A) a styrene-butadiene copolymer latex having a gel amount of 70 to 98% and a glass transition temperature under dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of -30 to -60°C, and (B) an acrylic polymer latex having a gel amount of 70 to 98% and a glass transition temperature under dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of -100 to 0°C, and the negative electrode active material containing a carbon-based active material and a silicon-based active material.
