The present invention causes suitable feedback of channel state information even if a plurality of channel state information units have arisen in a user terminal. The user terminal, which is configured in a manner so as to be capable of cooperative multipoint transmission/reception with a plurality of wireless base stations, is provided with: a generating unit that generates a plurality of types of channel state information using a channel state measurement reference signal transmitted from each wireless base station; a selection unit that selects a predetermined channel state information unit for which there will be feedback among the plurality of types of channel state information; and a transmission unit that causes the feedback of a predetermined channel state information unit to the wireless base stations via an uplink control channel. The selection unit selects the predetermined channel state information unit on the basis of at least a degree of priority set to a resource index of the channel state measurement reference signal corresponding to each channel state information unit.
