摘要 Provided is an elemental analysis device for liquid samples comprising: a processing tank (108) into which a liquid (109) can be placed, and of which at least one part is optically transparent; a first electrode (104) that is arranged within a processing layer and that is covered with an insulating body (103); a second electrode (102); a bubble generator for generating bubbles such that, from among the surfaces of the first electrode (104) that are positioned inside the processing tank (108), at least the surface on which a conductor is exposed is positioned inside of a bubble (106); an air supply device (105) that supplies the amount of air required to generate the bubble (106) from the outside of the processing tank to the bubble generator; a power source (101) that applies voltage between the first electrode (104) and the second electrode (102); and a light detection device (110) that measures the light emission spectrum of plasma that is generated when voltage is applied. The light detection device (110) performs qualitative or quantitative analysis of the components contained in the liquid (109) from the measured light emission spectrum.
