The present invention provides a polarizing plate by which excellent reflection hues are achieved. This polarizing plate is used in organic EL panels and is provided with a polarizer (10) and a phase difference film (30). The in-plane phase difference of the phase difference film (30) fulfills the relation Re(450)<Re(550), and the angle theta formed by the absorption axis of the polarizer (10) and the slow axis of the phase difference film (30) fulfills the relation 38°@theta@44° or 46°@theta@52°. |
