A capacitive in-cell touch screen, a touch locating method therefor and a display device thereof are disclosed. To implement the function of a touch screen, at least one gate line in a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) array substrate is used as a touch scanning line, and at least one data line is set as a touch sensing line; alternatively, at least one data line in the TFT array substrate is used as the touch scanning line, and at least one gate line is set as the touch sensing line. Since the gate line and the data line in the TFT array substrate are used as the touch scanning line and the touch sensing line, no additional wiring is required. Consequently, the aperture ratio of the TFT array substrate is not reduced. |
