Currently, a very pressing issue is how to provide for the safety of underwater hunters during a dive (in Russia underwater hunting is allowed only if the hunter is freediving). Blackouts, tangle nets, underwater stumps, floating vegetation, and unsuccessfully harpooned fish are merely a few of the dangers with which an underwater hunter might be faced while diving, and as a result, messages regarding the death of one hunter or another while hunting appear fairly frequently on Internet forums. The problem of safety is partially solved by the vigilance of a standby diver or by the mutual vigilance of a few hunters, but this cannot always provide a 100% guarantee that an emergency will be detected in time. I propose solving this problem by using a system for signaling emergencies, the purpose of which is to send a light and noise signal should the diver be unable to return to the surface. Using the combination of a contact pair and a time relay with an alarm and a light, it is possible to detect an emergency situation and help the diver in time. In this way, using the given apparatus, it is possible to significantly reduce the amount of risk faced by divers. |
