<p>The present invention relates to an aripiprazole-organic acid cocrystal in which aripiprazole and an organic acid form a cocrystal, a preparation or a composition containing the same, and a preparation method therefor. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure: a hygroscopicity-removed novel cocrystal by adding an organic acid such as salicylic acid and the like to aripiprazole anhydrous crystals; a convenient cocrystal preparation and the safety of a worker by developing a grinding method effective for industrialization; and a method for preparing a cocrystal capable of proceeding without a special chemical apparatus.</p> |
