<p>Disclosed is a steel wire cerclage fixing apparatus, comprising a first steel wire guiding apparatus (1), a second steel wire guiding apparatus (2), and a steel wire screwing and breaking apparatus (3). The steel wire screwing and breaking apparatus (3) comprises an outer sleeve (32) and an inner core (34). The outer sleeve (32) comprises a holding part (324) and the inner core (34) comprises a rotary handle (342) and a working rod (344). A groove (349) parallel to the central axis of the rod body is arranged on the two sides of the working rod (344) respectively; the rear end of the working rod (344) is connected with the rotary handle (342), and the front end thereof is divided into three parts: a reamer part (3442) at the middle that is perpendicular to the rod body, and steel wire locking parts (3444) on the two sides that are convex-arc inclined surfaces (34442); the distal end of each convex-arc inclined surface (34442) is connected with the reamer part (3442), the proximate end of each convex-arc inclined surface (34442) is not connected with the reamer part (3442), and the convex-arc inclined surfaces (34442) are connected and continuous with the grooves (349) on the two sides of the rod respectively. The steel wire screwing and breaking apparatus (3) can screw and then break the steel wire; and the invention has multiple functions, is convenient to use and clean, and can minimize the wound to be made on a patient.</p> |
