When a basket (14) that holds a workpiece is lifted out of a pressure vessel (12), raising is first carried out inclusive of a cover body (16) in a state of connection to the cover body (16) from an accommodated position in which the entirety thereof is accommodated in the pressure vessel (12) to an attachment/detachment position in which the upper edge of the basket (14) protrudes from the pressure vessel. In the attachment/detachment position, the connection between the cover body (16) and the basket (14) is released, and the cover body (16) is moved to a withdrawn position in a parallel direction. In that state, the basket (14) is lifted from the pressure vessel (12) to a lifted position in which the same is completely lifted. When the basket (14) is being accommodated in the pressure vessel (12), a reverse procedure is carried out. |
