PURPOSE: A double sided pan is provided to securely block the overflow of liquid by maximizing the contact area with food when cooking by the combination of the contact area of a liquid overflow prevention spot and a lower side wall, and the contact area of the upper and lower contact planes. CONSTITUTION: A double sided pan(pan) comprises an upper pan(10), a lower pan(20), and a hinge. An upper side wall(12) and an lower side wall(22) respectively comprise a upper part contact side wall(12a) and a lower part contact side wall(22a) which are mutually faced. A liquid overflow prevention spot is provided to be contacted through sliding with the inner side surface of the lower side wall by being extended from the inner side of the upper side wall in order to push the liquid from a cooked object into the lower bottom(21) by descending along the inner side surface of the lower side wall. The liquid overflow prevention spot positioned on the upper side wall in the opposite side of the hinge includes a convex part toward the inner side surface of the lower part side wall(22), and the inner side wall of the lower side wall in the opposite side of the hinge includes a concave part(22c). |
