The present invention relates to a refuse derived fuel manufacturing device using waste plastic bags comprising: a forming cylinder arranged above a frame held by a supporter; an inlet installed on the top of the rear side of the forming cylinder to supply waste plastic bags; a dehydrating part installed inside the forming cylinder to compress and dehydrate the supplied waste plastic bags; an extrusion part installed in the front end of the forming cylinder so that the compressed and dehydrated waste plastic bags can be melted and extruded to predetermined solid bodies; and a driving unit installed behind the forming cylinder to generate and transfer the power required for operation of the dehydrating part. The dehydrating part comprises: multiple screw housings blocked and coupled inside the forming cylinder; and a forming screw installed inside the screw housings to compress and dehydrate the supplied waste plastic bags. The extrusion part has a heater for melting the waste plastic bags and an outlet for discharging the melted solid matters, and moves an extrusion dies coupled to an extrusion flange to the front side of the extrusion flange. The driving unit comprises: a motor installed in the rear side of the frame so as to minimize the space; and a planetary gear reducer formed between a driving shaft of the motor and a screw shaft. |
