The invention relates to a corneal endothelium injector comprising a first route of entry of the graft into the injector and a second route of injection of the graft into the eye. The first route has a larger diameter than the second route so as to minimise the risk of tearing during the suction of the graft since this is carried out in the first route, in order to then inject the graft into the eye via the second route, the form of the injector progressively moulding the graft so that it comes out of the second route in a suitably rolled manner.
