The invention relates to a sensor device having a housing (48) for a preferably inductive sensor (10) comprising at least one coil (24, 26, 28; 52; 58, 60, 62; 118, 120) for contactless measurement of the distance to electrically conductive objects, wherein the sensor cannot exceed a maximum operating temperature. In order to be able to use the sensor device at higher temperatures of the measured object, according to the invention the housing (48) contains a cooling body (22, 22', 22'', 56, 100) on the one hand as a support for the at least one electric coil of the sensor and on the other hand as a connection element to a heat-conducting system (40) for dissipating heat to a region of the housing (48) facing away from the object to be measured. |
