The invention concerns a method of optical and electrical simulation of an optoelectronic device (D) whereof the surface (SD) intended to be illuminated has a texture formed of regular cones, under the effect of the illumination of said surface (SD) by an incident light beam (I) having an intensity spectrum determined on the basis of the wavelength, said method being implemented by computer and being characterised in that it comprises: - modelling said device (D) in the form of a structure (S) whereof the illuminated surface is modelled by a planar surface (SS), - modelling said incident light beam (I) by: * a first light beam (l1) inclined relative to the normal (N) to said surface with a first non-zero angle (alpha1), simulating an angle of incidence of the incident beam (I) on the texture of the surface (SD) of the device, and whereof the intensity is equal to that of the incident beam (I), and by * a second light beam (l2) inclined relative to the normal (N) to said surface with a second angle (alpha2), simulating an angle of incidence of the reflected portion of the incident beam (I) on the texture of the surface (SD) of the device, - simulating the illumination of said surface (SS) by said first and second beams (l1, l2).
