摘要 PURPOSE: A dual combustion reformer and a fuel cell system using the same are provided to rapidly generate hydrogen and to improve a reforming performance of an oxidation catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A dual combustion reformer includes a first oxidation catalyst (21), a second oxidation catalyst (22), and a gas nozzle (50’). The first oxidation catalyst receives a combustion fuel and air from the upper side of a burner and is heated by a combustion flame which is toward the lower side of the burner. The second oxidation catalyst is arranged in an exhaustion path (17) which surrounds the outer circumference of an inner chamber (13) with the first oxidation catalyst and exhausts an exhaust gas. The second oxidation catalyst is heated by heat transmitted from the heated first oxidation catalyst and is heated when an exhaust gas passes through the exhaustion path. The gas nozzle re-circulates hydrogen which is non-reacted in a fuel cell stack and injects the hydrogen toward the lower side of the burner. The gas nozzle directly sprays the hydrogen to the second oxidation catalyst.
