PURPOSE: A durable water repellent fluoro composition is provided to obtain excellent water repellency and durability by introducing an internal crosslinking agent into the water repellent resin. CONSTITUTION: A durable water repellent fluoro composition is obtained by emulsifying an acrylate monomer having a block isocyanate represented by chemical formula 1, along with a fluorine water repellent monomer; and polymerizing the emulsion by a catalyst. In chemical formula 1, R is a C1-6 alkylene and/or a cycloalkylene. The number of the isocyanate groups in the molecule is two or three. The fluorine water repellent monomer is one or more selected from monomers having a structure represented by chemical formula a-d. |
