Disclosed are a method, controller, control system, and vehicle for a vehicle voice call. The method comprises: receiving a request for starting a vehicle voice call; detecting a current vehicle state according to the request for starting a vehicle voice call; determining whether the current vehicle state is suitable for a voice call; if not, adjusting the current vehicle state to be suitable for the voice call; and if yes, starting the voice call. Through the foregoing technical solutions, it can be ensured that states of various aspects of a vehicle are suitable for making a call when the vehicle voice call is made, and the requirements for the security and the call quality of the vehicle voice call are met.
