<p>A rotary compression mechanism is provided with a rotor (11) which can rotate about the axis (O1) of a shaft (12) mounted to a casing (1), a cylinder (8) which can rotate about a rotation center (O2) eccentric from the shaft (12), and a drive plate (13) which is installed so as to be capable of swinging relative to one of the cylinder (8) and the rotor (11) and to be capable of sliding relative to the other of the cylinder (8) and the rotor (11) and which rotationally connects the cylinder (8) and the rotor (11). Spaces which are separated from each other by both a partition point (C) and the drive plate (13) and which are located between the inner surface of the cylinder (8) and the outer periphery of the rotor (11) are operating chambers (9, 10) for performing compression or suction.</p> |
