The torsion bar includes (i) a first bar portion (131) in which wiring (15) connected to the processing circuit is formed, and (ii) a second bar portion (132) in which no wiring is formed. The maximum stress applied to the first bar portion when the moving part swings is smaller than the maximum stress applied to the second bar portion when the moving part swings. The first bar portion and the second bar portion are coplanar.</p>
