The present invention relates to a combination structure of a header pipe for a heat exchanger and a fitting, a combination method thereof, and a fitting expander for combing the same and, more particularly, to a combination structure of a header pipe for a heat exchanger and a fitting, a combination method thereof, and a fitting expander for combing the same capable of reducing cost and time for assembly and preventing a clad material on the header pipe to be melted by tack welding by combining the fitting with the header pipe without using extra components such as rivets or welding by inserting a coupler through an opening the fitting when the fixing is fixed to an insertion hole of the header pipe and inserting the coupler by using a fitting expanding tool in order to strongly combine the fitting with the header pipe by the coupler so that assembly and combination force with the header pipe composing the heat exchanger and extra components such as the fitting or bracket for fixing the exchanger are improved. |
