A method for transceiving radar signals and a radar apparatus applying the same are provided. The radar apparatus scrambles order of a plurality of serve frequency substitution by dividing frequency of specific substitution to a signal transmission into a plurality of the serve frequency substitution, and transceives the signal transmission for the serve frequency substitution in scrambled order, thereby determining the signals by using the scrambled order. According to the method, in a case of using a multiple of radar when the radar frequency substitution is limited, obtaining wrong radar information by an interference signal between each other and a ghost signal about a nonexistent target are able to be prevented.
