The present invention relates to a device for measuring a reflection performance of a glass bead spread on a road surface painting layer of a road surface and to a reflection performance measuring device of a road surface painting layer having a glass bead which measures a reflection performance of a lane made of; a painting layer (10) which is painted on a road surface; and a glass bead (15) which reflects a light source in a direction of an operator by being spread on the painting layer (10). The reflection performance measuring device comprises; a close-up unit (110) which closely takes a photograph of a pattern of the glass bead (15) spread on the painting layer (10) by outputting a photographing signal to the painting layer (10); a signal processing unit (120) which receives a signal outputted by the close-up unit (110) and outputs a current corresponding to the photographing signal and performs the signaling of the current; a quantity display unit (140) which inputs information provided through the signaling of the current; and a signal control unit (130) which determines the normal state by displaying a pattern of the glass bead (15) inputted by the quantity display unit (140) or outputting the pattern as an audio signal. The present invention closely takes a photograph of the glass bead to can count the number of the glass bead by the measuring device and clearly determines the abrasion or damage to the glass bead, thereby improving the reliability of work according to the reflection performance measurement. |
