HUMIDITY ADJUSTING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SEMICONDUCTOR REFRIGERATION BOX

A humidity adjusting device for a semiconductor refrigeration box comprises a TEC (Thermoelectric Cooler) (1) mounted on the refrigeration box (10). One side of the TEC (1) is connected with a cool-end heat exchanger (2) arranged in a box body of the refrigeration box (10), and the other side of the TEC (1) is connected with a hot-end heat exchanger (3) arranged outside the box body. An inner circulation fan (4) is arranged on the cool-end heat exchanger (2); an in-box temperature sensor, an in-box humidity sensor, and a controller capable of conditioning working voltages of the TEC (1) and the inner circulation fan (4) are further arranged in the box body; and the in-box temperature sensor and the in-box humidity sensor are both connected with the controller. The device can realize a constant-temperature dehumidifying function by using former refrigeration equipment of the refrigeration box (10), and additionally arranging the controller for conditioning the working voltage of the inner circulation fan (4). Further provided is a humidity adjusting method for the semiconductor refrigeration box, which stores cooling capacity in the cool-end heat exchanger (2) by rapidly refrigerating and turning off the inner circulation fan at a cool end simultaneously, and realizes the constant-temperature dehumidifying function by rapidly increasing the working voltage of the inner circulation fan (4) and carrying out rapid humidity adjustment. The control method has no cooling capacity loss, can individually adjust the humidity, and can monitor a relative humidity value in the refrigeration box in real time. The device is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
