The element has a wall i.e. perforated wall (10), along which an air flow circulates. Perforations formed of cylindrical holes (12) and slots are calibrated, so that the acoustic impedance of the wall attenuates noise generated by the air flow at a right of the wall, where the slots are aligned according to a single direction. The perforations are distributed according to a regular squaring on entire surface of the wall. A sealing wall is located in front of a face opposed to a face of the perforated wall, where the walls are separated by an air strip. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fan nozzle forming an air flow collection and a guiding unit (2) a ventilation flow deflector.
