<p>[PROBLEM] To provide a cycloalkanone oxime production method in which the light source in photo-nitrosation is a light emitting diode that is used as a next generation light source in place of a discharge lamp in which mercury, sodium, and the like are sealed. [SOLUTION] A cycloalkanone oxime production method in which a cycloalkane and a photo-nitrosating agent are photochemically reacted, in a liquid, by means of light irradiation. The production method is characterized in that: in the distribution of the light-emitting energy with respect to the wavelength of said light source, the light source used displays the maximum value of light-emitting energy in the wavelength range from 550nm to 700nm, and energy at an intensity of 5% or more of the peak intensity is generated in the wavelength range that is equal to or less than 150nm; the light irradiation distance in the liquid is equal to or greater than 200mm; and the density of the photo-nitrosating agent in the liquid is 0.1 mol% - 0.5 mol%.</p> |
