The heat exchanger (1) has collection boxes (2,3) with multiple longitudinal partition walls (14,15,16,17,18,19) that are lesser in number than the vents (6,7,8,9). The longitudinal partition walls divide the collection boxes into longitudinal chambers. Each longitudinal chamber is in a fluidic connection with the flow channels (10) of each vent. The longitudinal partition walls counted from an inlet opening (4) with even numbering of the former collection box are provided with an opening. The opening is arranged in an area of an end (49).
