The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a bottle which forms a bottle in a state in which an unevenness pattern of a preform in an expanded state by forming the inner surface of a preform with the patterns of a groove or a projection by the pattern printed on the external surface of the core of a core mold by an injection molding and forming the preform into a bottle by blow molding in order to form the unevenness pattern on the inner surface of the bottle which is final object by applying an injection blow molding method which is one step blow molding, and the bottle. The present invention for manufacturing a bottle in order to form a pattern on the inner surface of the bottle maximize pattern diversity and the reduction of production costs, simplifies manufacturing processes since the process is identical to the injection blow molding process and secures reliability by minimizing facility costs.
