It is disclosed a pyramid-like carrier characterised by square base and slope angle of 54 deg. and 0.80 semitone. The skeleton of this carrier is constructed with reinforced concrete or iron and /or with both exhibiting the following properties: a) its geometrical elements remain unaltered for the same slope angle and whatever size of the pyramid-like carrier in question; b) its structure is fractal, it is 3-dimensional in the Euclidian space and multi-used with D fractal dimension 3; c) due to its fractal structure, it can be long or small at desire; d) it has plural simple of mixed applications; e) as a residential construction, it can shelter 2000 individuals thereabouts and associated facilities ; f) the associated facilities can be arithmetically increased covering, inter alia, a required number of parking places.
