PURPOSE: A hot water boiler with a BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) motor is provided to convert electric energy into thermal energy with saving energy. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler with a BLDC motor comprises a BLDC motor(10), a shaft(30), a pair of bearings(40), first to third heat exchange chambers(50,51,52), a heat exchange tank(70), a heat exchange pipe(80), a pump(90), and a damper(100). The pump is connected between a first circulation water discharge pipe(72) and a second circulation water discharge pipe(65a). The pump discharges low temperature circulation water to the first heat exchange chamber through the first and second circulation water discharge pipes. The damper installed in a feed back pipe(53b) adjusts the amount of heated water. The damper feed backs the lower temperature circulation water into the first heat exchange chamber in order to heat the heated water again. |
