PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of magnesium hydroxide from bittern is provided to economically manufacture magnesium hydroxide with high purity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of magnesium hydroxide from bittern comprises a waste feeding unit, an alkali feeding unit, a reaction aid feeding unit, a reactant diluting unit(104), a stirring reaction unit(110), and a control unit. The waste feeding unit supplies bittern. The alkali feeding unit supplies alkali material. The reaction aid feeding unit supplies magnesium hydroxide seed. The reactant diluting unit attenuates the bittern into diluted solution. The stirring reaction unit mixes the diluted bittern with the diluted alkali material to form magnesium hydroxide particles and agitates the mixed solution to grow magnesium hydroxide particles.
