<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high accuracy optical printer head producing a predetermined image corresponding to image data and exhibiting excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The optical printer head is arranged such that a recess 1a for embedding a light emitting element array chip 5 having a resolution of 300 dpi or above is formed in a circuit board produced by forming a first circuit conductor 2 and an insulation layer 3 on a resin substrate 1, the gap between the inner surface of the recess 1a and the side face of the light emitting element array chip 5 is filled with adhesive 8 having a thermosetting point between the room temperature and 80°C and then the adhesive is cured thermally, and the first circuit conductor 2 is connected with the connection pad 6 of the light emitting element array chip 5 through a second circuit conductor 9. Consequently, a problem that the pitch of light emitting elements 7 depends on the process temperature can be improved and deviation in the pitch of light emitting elements 7 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
