The present disclosure involves a system. The system includes a computer memory storage module configured to store executable computer programming code. The system includes a computer processor module operatively coupled to the computer memory storage module. The computer processor module is configured to execute the computer programming code to perform the following operations: receiving, from a service provider, a request to set up a digital wallet triggering element; generating a unique key in response to the request; sending the key to the service provider to facilitate a setup of the digital wallet triggering element by the service provider; and storing, in response to an activation of the digital wallet triggering element, an item to a digital wallet of a user. |
