Disclosed are a lens holder and a fixing method thereof, which can fix a compact lens installed at a board of a camera module directly to the board, and can adjust focus of the lens, and can be reused through separation in case of fault, and can fix the lens stably without using an adhesive agent like bond or epoxy, and can have dust-proof, moisture-proof and water-proof. The lens holder of the present invention comprises: a gripping part which has a through-hole inserted with a barrel surrounding a lens, and fixes the barrel inserted into the through-hole, and has the thread of a screw on the outer circumference; a slope formed on the outer circumference of one side of the gripping part and a cutting part in which one end of the gripping part is partially cut, in order to make the internal diameter of the gripping part flexible; a tightening nut which is screwed to the thread of a screw formed on the outer circumference of the gripping part as surrounding one end of the gripping part, and has a tightening section being slant toward the direction along which the internal diameter becomes narrow in the inside; a fixing nut which is screwed to the outer circumference of the barrel of the lens, and prevent the tightening nut from being released by being located between the barrel and the tightening nut, and determines the focus position of the lens; and a supporting part which supports the gripping part fixing the barrel of the lens at the other end of the gripping part not to be slant or fall. |
