The present invention relates to a drainpipe trap which is disposed in the middle of a drainpipe and which discharges sewage into the drainpipe and cutoffs the inflow of bad smell and harmful insects and, more specifically, to a drainpipe trap which is small in volume enough to be disposed in a small space and easy to repair. The drainpipe trap according to the present invention comprises a cylindrical housing which has a side inlet pipe formed on one side thereof, an outlet pipe formed on the other side thereof and which has the upper part opened, and a body which is inserted into the housing. The body includes an upper plate which is provided with an inlet and which seals the upper part of the housing; an upper inlet pipe which is communicated with the inlet and formed on the lower part of the upper plate; an over flow pipe which is formed on the lower part of the upper plate and which has the upper part provided with an overflow hole and the lower end spaced with a predetermined interval from the bottom side of the housing; and a blocking plate which adheres to the outsides of the upper inlet pipe and the overflow and to the inside of the housing by being formed with inclination. |
