PURPOSE: A signal control system is provided to prevent a train without an electronic token to allow the traveling between two stations from traveling. CONSTITUTION: An onboard control device is formed in a train(102). A ground device is formed at a station. An electronic token(101) is transmitted and received between the onboard control device and the ground device. The electronic token allows a train to travel between two stations. The onboard control device makes the train travel when the travel receives the electronic token.
