PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate with high stereoscopic property is provided to selectively manufacture 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate stereoisomeric compound having high optical activity. CONSTITUTION: A 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate with high stereoscopic property is represented by chemical formula 1a or 1b. A manufacturing method of 4,5-diaryl 5- cyclic sulfamidate comprises the following step: reacting 5-cyclic imine compound represented by chemical formula 2 with hydrogen donor under the presence of chiral organometallic catalyst. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound represented by chemical formula 3a or 3b. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound of the chemical formula 3a or 3b including 1-2 equivalent of hydrochloric acid/tri C1-C6 alkylamin salt, hydrochloric acid/C3-C8 cyclic alkylamin salt and hydrochloric acid/C5-C12 heteroaryl amine salt. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound selected from compounds represented by chemical formula 4a-4f. The chiral organometallic catalyst is a compound selected from the compounds of chemical formula 4a-4f which include 1-2 equivalent of hydrochloric acid/triethylamine salt. |
