<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing nanocomposite coated film, characterized by the steps of: mixing acrylic polyol resin with nanosilica; mixing polyisocyanate compound to the acrylic polyol resin to produce a nanocomposite mixture, wherein the molar ratio of isocyanate group to the hydroxyl group in acrylic polyol resin is 1.1: 1; wherein the nanosilica content in the nanocomposite mixture is 2-14% by weight; depositing the nanocomposite mixture on a blend film comprising metallocene polyethylene and polypropylene for producing the nanocomposite coated film, wherein the ratio of metallocene polyethylene to polypropylene is 75:25 by weight; drying the nanocomposite coated film at room temperature.</p> |
