The method involves providing a tire with a non-vulcanized tread (1) from an elastomer in a holding device, and irradiating the tread with an electron beam scanner (7). The radiation dose of specific value is applied to the tread that performs movement relative to the electron beam scanner. The electron beam energy is adsorbed through the tread, and pre-crosslinking of the top material layer (3) of the tread is performed. The tire with the pretreated tread is removed from the holding device, and the tire is cured.
